液壓機液壓油被污染的原因液壓油被污染的原因主要有以下幾方面：

(1)液壓系統的管道及液壓元件內的型砂、切屑、磨料、焊渣、銹片、灰塵等污垢在系統使用前沖洗時未被洗干凈，在液壓系統工作時，這些污垢就進入到液壓油里。

(2)外界的灰塵、砂粒等，在液壓系統工作過程中通過往復伸縮的活塞桿，流回油箱的漏油等進入液壓油里。另外在檢修時，稍不注意也會使灰塵、棉絨等進入液壓油里。

(3)液壓機系統本身也不斷地產生污垢，而直接進入液壓油里，如金屬和密封材料的磨損顆粒，過濾材料脫落的顆�；蚶w維及油液因油溫升高氧化變質而生成的膠狀物等。
