1、對先導式減壓閥,因為先導閥和溢流閥通用,所以產生壓力振擺大的原因和排除方法可參照溢流閥的有關部分進行。
2、減壓閥在超過額定流量下使用時,往往會出現主閥振蕩現象,使減壓閥不穩定,此時出油口壓力出現“升壓-降壓-再升壓-再降壓”的循環,所以一定要選用適合型號規格的減壓閥,否則會出現不穩壓的現象。
3、主閥芯與閥體幾何精度差,主閥芯移動遲滯,工作時不靈敏。檢修,使其動作靈活。
4、主閥彈簧太弱,變形或卡住,使閥芯移動困難時可更換彈簧。
5、阻尼小孔堵時,清洗阻尼小孔。
6、油液中混入空氣時排氣。
