1、本單柱 液壓機主體為C型結構,由機身、主缸、電機等組成。機身由上橫梁、滑塊、工作臺、立柱、調節螺母及鎖緊螺母等組成。
2、依靠機身為骨架,滑塊與主缸活塞桿聯接,依靠機身導軌向上下運動。機身、工作臺均為鋼板焊接結構,焊后時效處理,以有效消除內應力。
3、本機主缸采用活塞式結構形式,缸體和活塞桿采用45#鍛鋼制造,活塞桿表面進行中頻淬火后再鍍硬鉻,表面硬度達到HRC45~55,主缸密封件采用進口材料,密封可靠且使用壽命長。
4、滑塊的位置通過光柵尺來確定的,可任意調整。
5、立柱導向采用高精密的導軌。
1、操作方式:調整、手動、半自動三種操作方式。
2、控制方式:定壓壓制和定程壓制兩種。
3、滑塊行程的位置通過行程開關來確定的, 主缸內零點位置在主缸最頂端,找零點的方法是同由行程開關控制,行程開關采用無觸點接近開關。(控制精度<0.2mm)
4、液體工作壓力采用意大利ATOS比例調壓閥控制,并有壓力傳感器將壓力信號反饋?稍谌藱C界面上精確調整壓力和顯示壓機噸位。壓制噸位精度<1T。

3. The position of the slider stroke is determined by the stroke switch. The zero point position in the master cylinder is at the top of the master cylinder. The method of finding the zero point is the same as that controlled by the stroke switch. The stroke switch adopts the contactless proximity switch. (Control accuracy < 0.2mm)
4. The liquid working pressure is controlled by Italian ATOS proportional pressure regulating valve, and pressure sensor feeds back the pressure signal. It can accurately adjust the pressure and display the tonnage of the press on the man-machine interface. Pressure tonnage accuracy < 1T.
